Please note that orders for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are charged once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the Customer. Shipments to the Canary Islands do not include customs and DUA processing costs, they will be borne by the customer.
At the time the order is shipped, we will send you an email with all the information so you can track it.
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If we receive your purchase outside of these hours or on a Sunday or holiday, we will ship it the next business day.
National shipments: In the peninsula: 2-4 business days.
To the Balearic Islands: 2-5 business days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-7 business days.
Shipments to Europe: 5-8 business days
Shipping to USA: 5-8 business days
Shipments outside the European Community: 15 to 20 business days. Please, we reiterate that you keep in mind that if you are outside the European Union, you will be responsible for local customs taxes.
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to return it.
The refund of the amount paid (excluding the direct cost of returning the product) will be made to the same card or PayPal account with which you made the payment. Only the original purchaser of the product (s) can request a return since the refund is made to the means of payment used for the Purchase.
Natalia Berilo is not responsible if the item (s) that you wish to return to the Natalia Berilo Online Store is lost, misdirected or sent out of time. In that case, the customer is responsible for the risks of shipping his purchase. They must be returned by certified shipment or by any means that proves a certain date.
Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, deteriorated, stained or in any condition that reasonably indicates that the product has been used will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned by post as soon as possible.
In the event of a defective product, Natalia Berilo must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, or terminate the contract, steps that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
THE PROCESS TO FOLLOW:
1.-Request the return or exchange by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 660957759 within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product. To help us continue to improve, we appreciate that you let us know the reason for the return. In case of requesting a product change, you must indicate the correct one.
The items will be shipped in their original condition, together with any accessories related to them.
2.-The returned items will be reviewed, in order to assess their good condition. In the event that said valuation determines that the items are not in their original condition, the return will not be accepted.

Natalia Berilo offers a 2-year guarantee on her bags. One (1) month warranty, for obvious manufacturing defects, under normal conditions of use.
The warranty does not apply for mechanical cuts, exposure to extreme temperatures, contact with acids or solvents, wear, abrasion and excessive stresses, modifications to the original design, damage caused by third parties (transporters) during travel and intervention by people outside the repair shop and guarantees of Natalia Berilo; in these cases the company offers the repair service, subject to the availability of the input and costs.
To make the guarantee of any of the products manufactured by Natalia Berilo effective, the client must report the anomaly to the email: email@example.com sending photos of the product showing its damage.
The product will be submitted to the concepts of the quality department who will indicate if the guarantee is appropriate and how it will be carried out.
Otherwise, Natalia Berilo, will generate a formal response by email explaining the reasons why the guarantee does not apply, which will be sent to the email registered by the client, this will have two (2) business days to respond arguing if it is not according to the concept issued.
If the client does not receive a response within this period of time (2 business days), Natalia Berilo will return the product including the original letter.
If a response is received from the client where he expresses disagreement with the opinion of the quality department within the working time period for this (2 days), a second and final evaluation of the product will be carried out by the quality area.
In case of not proceeding, the product will be sent with the letter. Otherwise, that is to say that the guarantee is applicable, the current guarantee process applies.
The client accepts and declares that Natalia Berilo will not have any type of responsibility for the transport of the product that he sends, in view of the fact that this contract is totally autonomous and independent of this.
